The reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Location was pretty convenient from Theresa Giehse-Alle station. A mall was location in walking distance and easy access to convenience stores to grab for quick meal.

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy.
The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

The hotel is not very close to the center of town, but is about 5 minutes walk from the metro station so it's not so bad. There are several supermarkets within walking distance.
The room was pretty simple but comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room, so it gets quite warm.
The shower cannot be closed by a separate door, so some water splashes out of it.
There is a safe, a refrigerator and a water kettle with tea bags and coffee.
The breakfast was good but there were very little fresh fruit and vegetables. There were many types of bread.
