The hotel service was good when check in. All of the staffs (especially the girl staff) were good and friendly. The house keeping too. But, when I was about to check out, one of the staff said that I haven't pay my booking although his friend said that I have paid my booking when I was about to check in. A bad experience and probably won't rebook to this hotel because instead of saying sorry the staff still was in denial although he already saw the booking confirmation. He kept saying that it was the system who said that I haven't pay the booking. Don't know whether it was the system fault or his fault. But, the staff's way of response is totally unforgivable.

Hotel close to A8, Salzburg highway. Bus stop in front of hotel (do not trust Google, get off the bus at Dekan stop, Htl is directly on other side of street). Rooms are not too big, but sufficient, bathroom comfortable, some black spots in shower, perhaps bleaching would be helpful.
Staff friendly and efficient.
Try to get rooms on the yardside, they are calm.

El hotel está anticuado. No puede ser que no haya lámparas para encender la luz. No está bien tener que buscar una lámpara y tener que estar conectándola cada vez que necesitábamos luz. Este detalle lo deben modificar urgentemente. Lo demás, correcto, pero caro para lo que es actualmente.

The bedroom is really nice and clean. The location is in front of a bus stop who have a night bus. The only negative point for me is there's any type of small frigo/fridge.
