慕尼黑巴伐利亞 NH 精選酒店 (NH Collection München Bavaria)

酒店就在火車站的對面，步行不到1分鐘，S-Bahn， U-Bahn，路面電車，巴士，機場巴士全部都在酒店樓下，交通非常方便，步行十多分鐘可以到瑪利亞廣場，坐路面電車可以直接到寧芬堡宮。酒店員工熱情有禮，房間乾淨、安靜，洗澡水夠大，每天都會打掃衞生，有提供一次性拖鞋，而且電視有中文台，下次來慕尼黑一定會再入住。

慕尼黑的酒店看了好多家，最後選了這家。沒有讓我們失望，比我想象的好很多。我希望離火車總站距離近，離大巴車站近，但是擔心離車站近了亂，流浪者多。入住體驗好，從ZOB大巴站走過來10分鐘。前台服務人員熱情，我要求高樓層，市區一側，當時可選的衹有一二層和801房。我選了801，樓下有軌電車過有噪音。夜間車停運。酒店離老城廣場步行約十分鐘。樓下人多，沒有不安全感。酒店早餐7點開始，週末7:30開。早餐豐富。餐廳有位亞裔員工很友善。其他員工也都不錯👍。在這家住了五天休息很好。

I stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, I’m very disappointed. Let’s start with the positives: the location is excellent. Right opposite the train and metro station, Lidl & Rewe supermarkets nearby, and just a straight 15‑minute walk into the old town. Super convenient. But unfortunately, that’s about it. Service was really flat — communication with reception was very standard, nothing warm or welcoming. The room itself was on the small side (clean, yes, but definitely not spacious). The real disappointment: water policy. The hotel only provides ONE small bottle of water per day per room. That’s for two people. On my first day, I asked reception for an extra bottle — they told me to go to the bar. Fine, I got one there. On the second day, since we skipped housekeeping, there was no water refill, so at night I went to the bar again to ask for another bottle. This time the staff told me I had to pay. I was completely shocked. A 4‑star hotel charging €200 per night… and they won’t even provide guests with a simple bottle of still water? I’ve stayed in so many hotels across Europe and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Even more absurd, the hotel leaves free apples at reception and offers unlimited water at breakfast — but refuses to give guests a bottle of water to take to the room? Ridiculous. This policy really ruined what could have been a good stay. For a “collection” hotel brand, I expected much more in terms of service and hospitality. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel.

The location is great, near the central station, can take subway, tram and bus, and have convenient store nearby. The staff are very friendly, and the hotel provides apples and chocolate. The room is clean.

到步後，一進房在洗手間發現上位住客用過的毛巾，向前台反映，但沒有處理過。 另一間房間有拖鞋和浴袍供應，但我們房間卻沒有。 打掃房間後，收了用過的大浴巾，卻沒有補回新的。請工作人員拿浴巾時，但送了浴袍。 他不情願下才去換回浴巾。

Nice and clean. I love all the locations Thank you especially for helping me so well at the check-in counter. (I think his name was T.B. ... handsome black guy) Thank you. Even if I come to Munich again, I would like to stay here.

酒店位置一流，就在慕尼黑火車總站對面，一下火車就可能休息，附近亦有電車站和巴士站。酒店樓下就有藥妝店，買東西很方便。 房間面積寬敞，採光充足，火車站在重建但未聽到噪音。打開行李後還有位置放2張椅子。浴室有基本沐浴露和洗頭水，最驚喜的是有電暖毛巾架。早餐選擇很多，味道很好，熱食的選擇也多，很滿意。 美中不足有兩點，1）前枱只給了一張房卡，不方便二人分開行動，2）有時晚上會聽到房間間中有‘撻’’一聲，不知從何而來。

交通超便利，DB一出站就能看到，而且飯店前手扶梯就能通到DB樓下，那裡有很多商店吃東西超級便利，尤其是週日一堆商店沒開，那裡直接是採購覓食好去處，房間也不小，下次到慕尼黑還住 大推👍🏻

這是我第5次住NH COLLECTION酒店，非常滿意，早餐特別好，服務非常好，酒店位置超好，就在慕尼黑中央火車站出門馬路對面，到卡爾門步行3分鐘，到老城、新市政廳步行5分鐘，特別方便！

酒店位置距離火車站步行大約3分鐘路程，距離地下鐵路也是1分鐘路程。而且附近有多條地面列車，非常方便。酒店附近亦有超市，鐵路站內有不少商舖，有營業到晚上11時的便利店。雖然距離火車站很近，但是在房間內不會聽到火車聲和噪音。 房間面積算大，但是燈光昏暗。洗手間的花灑時凍時熱，小心燙傷。
