慕尼黑市西希爾頓歡朋酒店對親子出行很友好，緊鄰火車總站，出行便利。家庭房佈局合理，床品舒適，隔音好，孩子能睡安穩。衞浴乾淨防滑，安全細節到位。早餐品類豐富，有孩子愛吃的炒蛋、可頌和水果，能滿足不同口味。前台服務熱情，還能幫忙安排小童用品。美中不足是房間空間不算大，打開行李箱後活動空間稍顯侷促。整體而言是親子短期出行的穩妥之選。

這次去歐洲整體住的都是希爾頓歡朋酒店衞生條件非常好，地理位置都很優越，坐公交或者是坐地鐵都非常的方便，酒店服務員服務也是比較專業的，整體好評的

酒店位置鄰近鐵路，交通非常方便 設施新淨及乾淨，每天都有Room Service 地下大堂休息地方大，也有洗手間 比起其他三星級酒店好太多了 但是也要提一下缺點，就是房間廁所沖廁的時候，水花四濺，使用後要蓋上馬桶蓋沖廁再抹廁所板 早餐方面，香腸比較鹹，而且每天食物款式都一樣，我三天早餐吃的東西都一樣，如果能夠稍有點不一樣的食物就好了

房間不大，設施齊全，早餐很豐盛，附近交通也比較方便，基本沒有客房服務，住了兩晚，用過的毛巾也不會更換。

Location is near to train station, accessible to airport via the S1 or S8. There’s a tram stop right outside the hotel, and a supermarket across the street.  Staff service from an Asian lady at reception was transactional during our first check in. When we returned 2 days later, the african staff was warm and hospitable. Both days we got early check in.  Breakfast spread was decent, but better than other hotels we stayed in Germany.  Room size was good, just that the water pressure was a little low.

I have the most horrendous experience with this hotel!!! To start with, I find a cockroach or bug on 9/24 Wednesday morning. I thought it was only an occasion case so I did not make a complaint. Then on 9/24 night, we found 2 cockroaches or bugs!! That terrified us a lot and we went down to file a complaint to the manager in the reception. He immediately arranged house keeping and himself come to our room and made some investigation but found nothing. The true problem came as I woke up at 3 in the morning on 9/25 and kill one cockroach or bug that crawl on my pillow. My husband woke up at 5 am because another cockroach or bug is crawling on his face!!!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. So I was wrong and it’s not just occasional case. The room is full of cockroaches or bugs!!! We are extremely upset and disappointed and disgusted at the moment. We have feedback to their management via email on 9/25 and NO any reply so far.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The service was nonexistent. I was shocked to pay €5 for a 0.5 L bottle of water, while the next day I bought a 1 L bottle for just €0.29 from a shop of next door. It might sound unbelievable, but it’s a true story.
