The hotel’s accessibility was excellent — just a minute’s walk from tram and metro stations, making it very convenient for getting around the city. However, it would be great if the rooms included a few more basic amenities such as a laundry bag and body lotion, which are usually standard in similar properties. Overall, a comfortable stay with room for small improvements

Hier wird für wirklich ALLES eine extra gebühr gefordert, null Kulanz. Erinnert mich mehr an Systemgastronomie als an einen Hotelbetrieb.. Hotel Top, Service/Management schrott!

It was obvious that they didn’t clean the toilet bowl. We could see some orange stain at the bottom of the bowl. There was also awful pee smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice. Many options, fresh ingredients. However somebody there should adjust the pancake machine. Some parts of my pancakes were uncooked
