Arrived at 22:45, hotel advertised that they had service until 23:00. There was absolutely no one there upon arrival. My reservation number would not work on the self check-in terminals. After calling the hotel number, with no reply, I then had to call 訂房網站 (the agency I booked with). They provided me the correct number and finally I got the reservation through after 45 minutes.
How can a hotel advertise the wrong hours? How can they not have at least 1 staff member on-call in case something goes wrong, just like here? Outrageous! Disgusting service.

Besonders Sauber war es jetzt nicht. Die Lage ist auch relativ mühsam, da man mindestens 45 min -1 Std in die Innenstadt braucht mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die Reinigung war auch nicht die Beste. Uns wurden nur neue Handtücher reingelegt. Der Müll wurde nicht mitgenommen.

Ich und mein Mann waren sehr zufrieden, Rezeption war bis 22 besetzt, hatte angerufen das wir später kommen , und habe dann sofort ein Code per SMS fürs einchecken bekommen, freundlich netter junger Mann am Service. schön wäre wenn es ein Glas und eine Flasche Wasser geben würde, Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist auch Okay.
Wir kommen wieder ☺️
Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Frühstück ok.

i had really enjoyed the hotel , not far from city center and from metro . we were checking in for 1 minutes, the receptionist was perfect!
