霍瑪里斯公寓 泰蕾絲 (Homaris Apartments Therese)

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. During my stay, Munich was experiencing temperatures of 35–36°C. I genuinely cannot understand how a hotel can operate without air conditioning or even proper ventilation under such conditions. The room felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. There was only a small fan that simply circulated hot air around the room. The dark grey blinds on the sunny side became so hot during the day that the room felt like an oven. The second major issue was cleanliness. The dishes were extremely dirty, as if they had not been washed for months. Some still had visible food residue on them. The frying pan and pots were in an even worse condition. I had to run the coffee machine for about five minutes before anything resembling clean water came out. Speaking of ventilation, there was none. While cooking, the smoke had nowhere to go, which eventually triggered the fire alarm. Surprisingly, no member of staff came to check what was happening. The alarm appeared to switch itself off automatically after about ten minutes. As a result, I was unable to finish preparing my meal. Towels were provided for a three-day stay, but it was impossible to dry them properly because the towel heater did not work. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the hotel looks attractive from the outside and has a pleasant design. Unfortunately, behind the appearance lies a complete lack of comfort, cleanliness, and basic functionality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially during the summer months.

Message Shower holder is broken. Overall, not an ideal place to stay. The room has no proper ventilation and becomes very warm if the windows are closed. However, opening the windows makes it very noisy due to nearby construction works. It is also difficult to walk around because of the construction nearby. The room is too small for 2 adults and 1 child. The walls are very thin, and we could clearly hear noise from neighbouring rooms.

Номер очень чистый со всеми необходимыми вещами. Но для троих был тесноват. В первый день не работал лифт, а наш номер находился на 6-м этаже. Пришлось с чемоданами идти пешком по лестнице. С утра лифт уже работал. Недалеко от центра. Рядом магазины и бар. Чайника не было. Зато была кофемашина, горячую воду пропускали через нее. Останавливались на 2 ночи. Даже на недельку пожить вполне комфортно. Соседей вообще не слышали.

Overall, I liked the service—staff were helpful and responded quickly. Special thanks to a housekeeping staff (the Pakistani) who kindly assisted us. However, the room was small, and the cement flooring without carpet felt uncomfortable.

Well equipped, good location. Cleaning service costs 25 euros, which is too much.
