Struttura vicino sia a metro che fermata del bus. La struttura ha l’ascensore, inoltre le camere sono dotate di frigorifero, lavastoviglie , macchinetta del caffè, asciugacapelli, ti offrono sia le capsule del caffè e della lavastoviglie. Super consigliata. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

At first glance the building does not seem great but rooms are clean, spacious, and have a well equipped kitchennet, even a table. There's luggage storage and if there are any issues, they are fast to reply and assist. I communicated via WhatsApp very fast and efficiently.

Das online Check-in funktioniert nach der Anleitung wunderbar. Das kleine Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles drin, was man braucht, sogar eine kleine Kaffeemaschine mit guten kapseln. Die Tür der Duschkabine ist ein bisschen schwer zu bändigen, ansonsten passt es. Danke und vielleicht bis bald.

Je nachdem welches zimmer man bekommt ist das Erlebnis sehr unterschiedlich. Von wirklich gut, bis unterirdisch was die Einrichtung an geht. Die betten sind teilweise Klappbetten mit wenig höhe, weil unter ein holzgestell, bis hin zu super gemütlich. Ist tatsächlich Glückssache . Es ist aber niemand vor ort. Sperrt man sich aus etc ist der service teilweise stundenlang unerreichbar und wenn erreicht, dann passiert nichts. Völlig überforderte Mitarbeiter können nicht sehen wer innwelchem Zimmer gebucht hat und können einen nicht identifizieren. Ein versprochener Rückruf ist in keinem Fall erfolgt.
