A very poor accommodation experience. The password lock at the entrance broke on the first night, and I had to wait in the cold wind for 20 minutes before checking in. The elevator broke down on the last day as well, and we had to carry two large suitcases up and down the stairs. We won't choose this accommodation anymore in the future.

Our recent stay at Brera Serviced Apartment was truly a five-star experience. The self-checking and making your own room card was a nice new experience. The room was impeccably clean, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The Serviced Apartment is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a place to stay in Munich.

客觀地説，作為公寓，它符合產品定位和設計所需，要素基本齊全，甚至入住流程的無人化設計放在國內也不算落後。 但： *衞生很一般，尤其是公寓的水壺、廚具等，不敢用； 地毯黑乎乎的，桌椅也透著一種油膩膩的汙濁感； *設施太差，從床、到寢具、桌椅，甚至牆面上的畫框，都是粗製濫造； *因為基本無人，所以談不上服務； *價格高，這主要要怪慕尼黑電子展； 訂房網站沒有及時轉發公寓提供的入門密碼，帶來了很大的不便：在寒風中等了半個小時。 也不是一無是處： *安靜，因為沒有人； *樓下有個超市，規模還不小； *洗衣房還可以，但洗衣不便宜，但估計在當地正常：2.5歐； 非迫不得已，不推薦嘗試。
