В целом нормально, но в моей комнате был очень плохой запах и он никуда не уходил. При включении кондиционера запах только усиливается, по моему этой запах сырости, влаги, плесени.

*1/5 Stars - A Nightmare Stay* My recent stay at Adiva was an absolute disaster. The room was a mess - dirty sheets, stained carpets, and a lingering odor that refused to fade. Housekeeping seemed like a foreign concept. The food was equally disappointing. Overcooked, underseasoned, and presented with all the finesse of a school cafeteria. The "buffet" was a sad spread of lukewarm leftovers. For the price, I expected luxury, not neglect. Unless you enjoy grime and gastronomic disappointment, avoid this hotel at all costs. *Not recommended.*

Firstly the smart key was n kt working after requesting for more than 2 times still our problem was not solved then we asked for towels after saying for 2-3 times finally recieved one terrible service for such an newly built hotel

Adiva Residency offers clean, large rooms at relatively affordable rates in Mumbai. The hotel's extra advantage is the friendliness of the staff. Ms Hetal, Ms Nisha and the other young women at reception go out of the way to accommodate requests. The location isn't great, and some rooms receive loud construction noise, but the staff more than compensate.
