Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was shockingly arrogant and utterly unprofessional, displaying no sense of courtesy or service. The rooms were in an appalling state of hygiene — filthy and neglected. The tap water was of such poor quality that it was entirely unfit for bathing, let alone any other use. The staff’s behavior was primitive and uncooperative; they outright refused any assistance, including a simple request to extend the stay, despite full upfront payment as per their demand. The only saving grace was the food, which was decent. I strongly advise against staying at this property and urge MakeMyTrip to take strict action, if not delist this hotel entirely to protect future customers from such a terrible experience.

we find property location by map about food is there but we Dinner out side the hotel about amenities is soo poor because in the hotel some maintaninace work is going on so there problem we faces after that in night there will be AC should be off and nobody can cared for that and there was whathre is so hot for that we tired and talking to desk of hotel but nothing to do and you have not call to us but we already call them, so there amenities and service is poor...😔😔

Booking was seamless. The check in was also great . The room was under cleaning when we checked in. The room was neat but the problem was , they had a broken lock on the door . They blamed us for breaking it and charged an extra amount from us which was unacceptable. The staff who was saying he was the supervisor was very rude in behaviour too

While we reached at hotel at 8 pm, at first hotel denied about my booking while i tend to call mmt, they given a room to us. Room was large and spacious however not clean, floor was dirty. Wash room was not clean and the fittings were broken. Washroom is too small to get bath. Staff is responding but service is very poor. Overall not recommended as first choice.

There was a bad smell every time we got out of the room there was a bad and sticky smell. And there were so many cockroaches in the room.🤮🤮

Room and washroom has not cleaned properly. Bed sheets and blankets are very dirty. I suggest not to book this hotel for stay.

Bad room service & foul smell are coming for few minutes. They given torn towels. Their is no dining hall & room service is very bad, placed order it will take 2 hrs to serve. I. E, i placed order for dinner at 8. 30 pm & served 10. 30 pm.

The check in and check out was fine, however the most thing is hygiene, room was full of small cockroaches, the hotel needs an immediate pest control. The food too was not upto the mark. The location is great, the service boys are nice.

Lack of cleanliness. Service not good. Lack of politeness. Lack of fresh air. No ventilation. Broken door locks of bathroom door, toilet sheet and nala switches need to repaired
