The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff could not do enough for everyone. They are so polite and helpful. I will definitely book this hotel again and I would recommend to anyone. It is very very nice and clean.

設施：5星酒店標準配置； 衞生：每日按時打掃房間，很乾凈； 環境：出行方便，頂樓觀海風景很好，很安靜 服務：非常熱情，因為帶的有小朋友，門衞，前台人員，餐廳服務人員，樓頂帶眼鏡的服務元，餐廳主廚，還有大堂經理，都對我們很照顧，無論孩子走到哪裡他們都會很有好照顧孩子，非常熱情，很感謝酒店提供的熱情服務，雖然已經不是海景房了，但是他們的服務態度讓我認可這個酒店，感謝酒店每日給孩子準備的蛋糕，水果和飲料！

If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice. Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

One of the best hotel in Juhu, I just can't fault anything and the staff goes above and beyond. Credit goes to all and specially to Shrayas and Alisha on the front house who helped me with so many things including booking my additional flights. The breakfast was 10/10 and missing my stay there already and not even been 24 hours. The location is perfect and they accommodate for anyone. The rooms are so clean and modern and I enjoyed sitting in the room time to time as it was so peaceful and nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
