The phone which was there in the room was not working so couldn’t hear anything when tried ordering from room service Service was bad The price what was mentioned on the menu was not the same, price was higher so have to pay extra

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. Despite repeated requests, the staff was unresponsive and seemed uninterested in assisting guests. There was no proper communication, no follow-up, and basic hospitality standards were clearly lacking. When you stay at a hotel, you expect at least courteous service and attention to your concerns – unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay. Management really needs to re-evaluate their training and service standards.

Absolute third rate hotel. Leaky washrooms, shabby rooms and unfriendly staff. Very overpriced for the sloppy infrastructure

no mini fridge, no working TV , AC was pathetic, staff behaviour seemed full filled with attitude. room conditions are not par with the tarriff! they are charging double of what so less they offer 😔

Staff and receptionist are showed helpless for basic needs like dish tvs cables not working, socket plugs were not supported for charger, room not at gaving good freshness and basic needs improvement urgently required attention. I stayed in room no 204 paid almost 6600 per night. Not worth for this payment. No cooperation from room services or morning breakfast not allowed to room when we request but sharply closed breakfast by 9. 30am. I rate poor
