Very bad rooms, no water bottle provided, two hira palace is there so confusing tha ways so pols don't book and one thing staff boys is good

The receptionist was very rude. Our checkin was not done smoothly, he didn't bother us, he took 30 min time to settle us into a room. There was no geyser facility as told. The fan was not working, and even after asking them number of times they didn't do anything about it.

There is no food service even tea coffee also not available in the hotel. While entering in the room you will feel bad smell. Old matters on the bed

this hotel is not worth at all because 10 times you have to ask for crockeries to have your food very bad smell inside our room even bed was not in a proper condition every time its having very terrible voice, every where you will find spit in your room which is really bad but good for drinking people because this property is at station you will find lots of bar no decent restaurant nearby highly not recommended hotel for family
