Очень красивая рецепция и приветливый персонал. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Постельное белье застиранное и грязное. Кондиционер едва работает, помогает только вентилятор на потолке. Окна, как такового нет, зато есть шум от машин и тук-туков. Они постоянно гудят и спать не получается. В душе только холодная вода - горячей нет. Слив в душе сделан ужасно - затапливает всю ванную комнату. Состояние мебели старое. Вы посмотрите как сделана щеколда двери в туалете - её не закрыть даже 🤣🤣

I have booked a room in the hotel "mumbai metro - the executive hotel. This hotel has listed three rooms (named deluxe room) on make my 訂房網站. Guests have the option to choose either a king size bed or twin bed in each and every room. When i booked a room for me, i selected a deluxe room with breakfast and free cancellation and i also made a few special requests like twin beds (specially, early checking, elevator etc. The voucher of this booking shows standard room but this hotel doesn’t have any standard room listed on make my 訂房網站. How did the standard room get printed on my booking voucher? it is strange. Now, the staff of this hotel is refusing to provide me with a twin bed. He is asking for additional charges for the same. The booking voucher doesn’t have a description of specifical request made by me while booking. I am sure that mm t must have the complete information of my booking.

Excellent staff service, yuvaraj, raj l, Nikita did great service. They were prompt in attending to our needs

The bathroom condition was not good, the shower was not working, and there was a broken toilet seat. The food was just okay and not worth the money

No hot water. Fan doesn’t work. Room lock is not safe. Ver congested and noisy. Not with for the money.

The Room and Bathroom was stinking like anything. There were bedbugs on the bed and mosquitoes in the room.

The hotel is in a place where it has terrible traffic sound and bathrooms were unclean n required a lot of repairing

Property location is good, 10 min drive to airport. Rooms were comfortable, food was also good and staff were friendly.

Location is good. No amenities. Buffet breakfast was not provided as guest were less but they provided breakfast in room. Food quality was good. Small room and bathroom, no hot water for shower, noisy ac etc. No ventilation and outside view. We just managed our one day stay as full payment was made at the time of booking.
