Worst rooms..misleading hotel name similar with a brand..ac was not working..pathetic service. Unhygienic

Property is good for stay but the location is quite busy galli. In the room washroom was not so good and drainage of water is not good. Commod flush is too much tight ans not operated with single hand. In washroom no hand wash available no dentle kit available. And not food, food is good but the kitchen service bery bad. You have to wait for more than half hours for your order. At the floor their is a party hall and too much noice comes into the room untill yhe party is over. Overall for the stay purpose i will go for it.

propeert at the heart of andheri with most facilities available, good budget option in a place like mumbai at a good location and proximity with local station metro station and especially the airport

service is very poor. No lift in hotel and also the location is not good. The pathway has steps which merges with the tiles of the floor and this is not safe . infact I fell twice . Room size is small and breakfast is not good

A decent place to stay for a business traveler like me. Property is in prime location. Food is good but limited variety. (seafood very very limited options available) breakfast was very tasty but again limited variety. Amenities are very decent enough. Rooms are spacious and clean. Though mosquitos are there, they provide you with repellents.

The staff was arrogant and without call knocked the door asking name and details and sharing with someone on phone and when we asked reception for this inappropriate behaviour they were giving stupid reasons illogical even though all personal details are on app and even submitted on reception still they violating rules by disturbing guest.
