The location of the hotel is great and the breakfast has a lot of variety. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It's my favourite Hotel with a lot of sentimental values because we got married here. But this stay we were quite disappointed. Except for food and Staff everything else was very disappointing. Rooms are very dated and are in desperate need of upgrading. Chairs, Sofas, Carpets are stained I'm holding back to use word dirty. The worst part is residents are restricted to use swimming pool for it has been rented out to a club called Bastian's. This causes great nuisance to residents besides that as residents we are not allowed to use the pool or sit around the pool. This is not informed at the time of booking or check in. Important to note it's by no means cheap compared to next door Hotel Novotel or any other 4* Hotels in Mumbai City. All in all quite disappointed. Sorry....
