i booked twin room for a night, on arrival in the evening 2145 the room they had for me was double ! so we said we requested twin room , they said twin is not ready! we said we should be back in an hour or so as we were popping out for visit and dinner. Came back at 12 midnight still the room wasnt ready and luggage was still in the lobby.! after long wait we get the room finally. breakfast is not served before 8am.

staff service is awesome,night reception people are very cooperative good in communication and very helpful, only 1 thing is bad that if you order food from their hotel they allow Waiter to come till our room if you order Swigg Zomato every time they tell to come down and collect the order...so if i am staying on 5th floor i need to come down till ground floor to collect the order

Services and Cleanliness My stay at the property was disappointing due to several issues. The hotel was not clean, and the staff lacked basic hospitality skills. During my 4-day stay, I repeatedly requested complimentary water bottles, but each time I was questioned about whether | was asking for free ones or extras. On one occasion, I asked for four plates and spoons, and it took nearly 30 minutes and three reminders before they were delivered to my room. Additionally, there was an unusual issue with the key card system: every time I left the hotel, the card would deactivate, and I was unable to enter my room without having it reactivated by the staff. On multiple occasions, I had to wait 20-25 minutes and make two reminders, even when returning at 3 AM, just to have my key card activated. The staff never informed me about this deactivation process, which made the situation even more addition to the previous issues, there were also significant problems with the cleanliness and amenities. The hotel provided very low-quality soap and shampoo, and there was no hand wash or dental kit available. To make matters worse, I encountered cockroaches running throughout the room. The condition of the bedding was also poor, with torn and damaged pillows and bedsheets. Overall, the experience was far from acceptable. Given the numerous issues I encountered, I would never recommend staying at this property. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar amenities made for an extremely disappointing experience.

Very overpriced, ordered toast ****er and tea, tea was bad, bread was grilled and hard, no butter was applied, had to ask for it. Cockroaches in washroom. No tissue paper in the room, 2 small bottles of water kept. Poor service and poor room. Please avoid this hotel.
