I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Hotel Royal Castle Mumbai. The room was in terrible condition, and the most disturbing issue was the overwhelming foul smell of poo coming from the toilet. It was unbearable and made it impossible to relax or even sleep in the room. The cleanliness was subpar, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing issues, and there was a general lack of professionalism. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, as it was a completely uncomfortable and distressing stay. Avoid at all costs!

This is to inform you that so many problems face in royal castle hotel in mumbai, facilities and comfort is zero my 4 year old baby girl very troubled. 1, bath shower flow not proper 2, night lamps not working 3, fan plus minus switch not work 4, after complaint towel come fruit tray 5, Tub brash not available 6, rude behavior (towel is available in room me used evening and next day i ask morning for towel they ask me in 24 hr we can not provide towel again and again) 8, accordingly bath tube available in my booking is not there.

It was a short stay. The location is good, but the hotel is quite conjusted. Also the price they are charging per night is nowhere justified in comparison to the amenities. The rooms are quit old although it was clean. But the most of the amenities don't work due to age. So i won't recommend it for families unless you are bachelor.

The room is too small they don't provide basic amenities like dental kits, waterbottles, towels either and most importantly the breakfast they give you tiny bits they don't have any facility to sit and eat like other hotels do think twice before booking this hotel
we are agrawal people thought it belong to them
will have good service but didn't
it was vice a versa they argue and try to dominate

There was a power cut in the midnight for almost 3 hours i had to sit in a lobby to even breathe because of heat. They didn't had enough back up nor they had any alternative. They had food option that are so expensive where as there are too many budget restaurants nearby with good food. The 2 stars is for clean and tidy room rest nothing i could find good about this hotel.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Royal Castle, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The overall ambiance of the hotel was quite disappointing, and there were a few significant issues that affected my stay. First and foremost, the ambiance of the hotel fell far short of expectations. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by walls adorned with what appeared to be bathroom tiles. This design choice gave the room an unappealing and aesthetic. The lack of attention to detail in the room's décor detracted from any sense of comfort or relaxation I had hoped to find during my stay. Moreover, the staff's behavior left a lot to be desired. I encountered rudeness from the hotel staff during multiple instances, which significantly affected my overall perception of the establishment. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff seemed disinterested in providing genuine hospitality or assistance. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service greatly impacted the quality of my stay. While I understand that every establishment may have its shortcomings, the poor ambiance and the discourteous attitude of the staff were substantial letdowns. As a guest, I had hoped for a more welcoming and pleasant experience during my stay at Hotel Royal Castle. On a positive note, it is worth mentioning that the hotel's location was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the room was adequately clean, and the basic amenities were functional. Overall, based on my stay, I cannot recommend Hotel Royal Castle. The cheap ambience, with its bathroom tile walls, coupled with the rude behavior of the staff, made for an underwhelming experience. There are likely better options available in the area that offer a more enjoyable and comfortable stay for guests.

I don't understand why the property is showing fancy photos on the even though rooms are not like that in reality.
Rooms are so close to each other even reception is just beside the room what we have assigned.
I don't feel that privacy while staying because external people conversation are audible in the room.
Not worth it for price we are paying here.

Very dingy and smelly room. Bathroom had leakages all over. Paid 4400. This room was not worth 1000 also. Not recommended at all

The rooms are small and the staff is not supportive. I had asked for a napkin and the staff denied. Not worth the money.
