優點：服務很好，早餐很乾凈比較豐富，餐廳工作人員的服務非常好。 缺點：酒店陳舊，房間沒有紙巾，地板沒有拖乾淨，空調聲音大。

The hotel is nice, the front desk very helpful, the only thing i didnt like was location, i expected something else but i got their half day tour and it was great, very nice and patient driver. Tv didnt work, internet was for two devices only and room a bit small but safe with locker to leave stuff in the room and very clean.

Male, 32yrs. Stayed here from 28th - 30th January 2026. From the moment i saw the entrance, security guard & Bellboy, I knew this was going to be a place of safety, peace & rest from the hustle & bustle of Bombay. It is a hidden gem ticked away given the surroundings it is located in. Staff were lovely, interior of the hotel is up-to-date, rooms were perfectly fine, even had British 3 pin sockets installed. Breakfast was included, limited selection. Location of the hotel is quite good to explore the south of Mumbai, however I found it to be a little challenging getting a taxi to this area but with some patience managed. There is public transport including the train station & buses in walking distance, many variety of shops and market in the area. The hotel does have a roof terrace which appears to be only used during events however you do get an almost 360 view of the city as there aren't any tall buildings blocking your view close by so is quite a good vantage point for pictures etc. Overall I would gladly stay here again.
