Wir sind schon lange in Asien unterwegs aber dieses Hotel hat uns geschockt. Das ganze Hotel (soweit gesehen) machte einen ungepfegten Eindruck und das Hotelzimmer war extrem dreckig, alles war mit einer dicken Staubschicht bedeckt. Die Fesnter waren alt und undicht und der Strassenlärm macht eine Unterhaltung im Zimmer fast unmöglich. Einer Stornierung des Hotelzimmers aus oben genannten Gründen hat das Hotel nicht zugestimmt. Wir haben trotzdem sofort ausgecheckt und ein anfderes Hotel gebucht.

Good location but the hotel infrastructure need maintenance works and better management/technology automation etc...Lots of staff but the service and use of staff/resources could be improved to make the place better. The shower/toilet area is a hazard for guest to slip as the shower head is right in the middle and the whole floor gets wet etc...a bit of re-design and updates will make it a much better hotel. Curtains were also dusty and old but the view from the room was great.
