The location was great, very close to Andheri station. The staff was very co-operative and allowed early check-in too without any additional charges. They upgraded my standard room to a deluxe room. However, the room and bathroom have a scope for improvement. Overall it was a great experience

Very good hotel as per price, clean and hygienic providing basic amenities. Locality near around is good and near to andheri station. It's recommended.

The staff is good and so is the service. Loved the food here.The only thing I would recommend is that the overall interior of the hotel including rooms could be refurbished considering the charges.

very ok type n rooms are old ..said fr couple room n they give us single 2 beds ..poor food order from kitchen also took almost 45min

Stay was nice. One room was very good but other room was having dampness and related stinking smell. Later was made ok on request. Washroom door was damaged needs replacement. Reception sofa cover very dirty needs replacement

Other things are ok only billing difference at hotel and booking on MMT is 3000/- not understood the exact reason ... Plz confirm the reason and repay my excess money to continue faith on MMT

I needed one night stay near vile parle area for my daughter's admission test at nmims. Then i told my friend who is a permanent resident of mumbai. From him i knew about the hotel karol residency.

Yes. The hotel was neat and clean. Room was very spacious. The staff was courteous & helpful. Everyday the towel and soap were changed. They used to fill up the tea bar every day for us, without asking. All in all a great place to stay.

Hotels must provide complementary morning breakfast to guests, i have booked a deluxe room and paid rs. 4500, so it would be great to have breakfast
