Everything was perfect except the behaviour of a reception guy, who insisted to get phone numbers of my foreign guest. Even though I provided the local number. This was out of any registration rules because we have stayed in many hotels in few months.

1 . The staff was courteous and helpful 2. Cleanliness was praiseworthy 3. Rooms are spacious and cooling was sufficient with good natural light 4. Complementary breakfast has chance for approval.

excellent stay,room is comfortable and clean.most stunning things of the room is veiw of the Taj Mahal palace veiw from room window .easy to discover near by attraction like gate way of india & Colaba street shopping.room located exactly behind of hotel Taj Mahal palace .easy to reach starbucks cafe, leopold cafe and many more.but one thing dining facilities to little bit improvement required.. overall good experience. cleaness - excellent room service - excellent staff behaviour - very polite... overall good experience in Hotel.

I travel-led solo on business 訂房網站. Location is excellent. Staff was courteous and helpful. Did not take any meal hence cannot comment. Had breakfast and that really needs to be looked into. There is very little choice for morning breakfast. First i stayed in room 301. The room was average. Then was shifted to 315. There were these small black insects all across the bathroom. It needs to be looked into. Cannot say it was a very comfortable stay but two best things for 3 stars i gave are due to location and the courteous staff. Thanks. Didn’t take any images
