بصفه عامه جيد لكن توجد بعض الملاحظات عليه : كثرة الاعطال باللفت (السلم الكهربائي) يوجد أسفل مرقص وبه أصوات الموسيقي عالي ومزعج بعض عمال الامن في حالة طلب شخص يرغب في مقابلة صديقه لايوجه الى قسم الاستقبال ولايتم الاتصال بالشخص المعني ليتم القبول أو عدمه من مقابلته

Everything was perfect except the behaviour of a reception guy, who insisted to get phone numbers of my foreign guest. Even though I provided the local number. This was out of any registration rules because we have stayed in many hotels in few months.

Considering that the property has been hosting guests for the last 40 years, the amenities can still be considered excellent. The location is great, right behind the Taj, and a stone's throw away to the Gateway of India. Excellent location to take a stroll after dinner, which by the way can be had at Colaba Socials or Smoke house Deli, both of which are right next door to the hotel. Hotel staff are laid back and hospitable, and the room service for food and other requirements are also excellent. Loved the food delivered to the room as well.

Good hospitality, breakfast provided can be improved, location wise safe and sound, and being close to Gateway, it's stands as a special attraction. Though the hotel is 50 years old, they maintained it properly, only thing is you will have to get used to old furniture and in room ambience.
