The room I booked was not as expected, and the staff, including room service and housekeeping, were rude. Later, we were upgraded to another room, but it was even worse than the Serenity room. The prices were far too high for the quality of service and the room.

Terrible experience, ruse front desk staff, dirty room, and you are forced to eat from restaurant as outside food not allowed. This is maximum 1 star cheap budget hotel but charging like for a 5 star hotel. Room full of mosquitoes and smoke.

Overall a poor service and experience. Asked for water took them 3 hours and i took me to order dinner that’s when i had to remind them to get us water. When i arrived i had couple of bags but there was staff who didn’t bother helping may be because i arrived in an auto rickshaw, would have been a different scenario if i was in a car that i’m sure of as i’m visit them most often. It’s very conditional customer service offered by them. Disappointing!

The overall experience was good, but the only problem was thr were burnt marks on the seating area on windows and smoking smell as soon as enter the room, also when i oderd for room service at night i was forced to pay immediately when i asked them tht wil do at the time of checkout

Located in andheri locaton. Nicely managed and trustworthy chain of hotel. Everything in the room was excellent, given the price. 👍🏻

room was clean, bed was soft, quality of amenities was very good. staff was polite. location of the property is perfect if you have work in MIDC area or in seepz. parking is available. windows were sound proof and blackout curtains were there so you'll get a sound sleep. overall very nice experience.

the stay was good with clean big enough rooms...and all the amenities needed....plus they have paid breakfast which i skipped for the more delicious dosa that they serve at the resturant on ground floor...overall amazing
