Viaggio di lavoro per visitare la fiera di Mumbai. Hotel vicino all’aeroporto, struttura un po’ datata ma che comunque mantiene un certo fascino. Apprezzato particolarmente il livello di insonorizzazione della stanza, niente rumori molesti . Servizio alla reception ottimo, arrivato per il check in tardissimo, nessuno problema.

Didn't expect Sahara Star to be so average. There were many things which I didn't like including a cockroach on the breakfast buffet dessert counter (on top of one of the serving spoon) Didn't had my phone with me at that time else would've posted a picture too. Also I asked for an empty plate and was were given disposable ones! This is the first 5 star hotel who gives you disposable plates and that too of really poor quality. I know it isn't a big point of but still was the first time a disposable plate was given in a 5 star hotel. I had the Lagoon facing balcony room and the balcony's gate had space between so there were a lot of mosquitoes in my room. Tried calling the help desk but no one picked up for 30 mins until I have up on calling. The rooms and bathrooms are a little old and need some improvements. Would recommend booking other hotels instead of wasting that much amount here. The only good thing was the property - not the rooms part but the lagoon only.

酒店服務態度還可以，設施比較陳舊，跟國內這個價位的酒店沒有可比性。第一天早上在洗手間的洗手枱上居然還有一衹死蟑螂。另外，網速奇慢無比，免費的衹有512k的，還經常莫名其妙的連不上，輸入房間號和姓氏之後提示什麼連接失敗的，重啟電腦也不好使。

As a 5 star hotel in Mumbai Hotel sahara star gave high hopes for my upcoming stay, we booked a premium Venus room for one day stay. But this decision of choosing the hotel and room turned out to be the most bad idea of the 訂房網站 as the Amenities they provide is not up to the mark of a 2 star hotel. They locked A/C at 26 - 27 and guests were literally sweating in rooms. We asked them for a room change they moved us to an another room where maintanence was going on. We couldn't sleep because of the constant knocks and thudding sound from the maintance work that's happening. We won't suggest the hotel to anyone. I feel like cheated after spending so much money for booking a room like that. We complained regarding A/C problem two times and both time technicians came after 30-40 min and they done something in A/C unit and assured that it will work, we asked them to stay for one min to see whether this works but they said they won't wait the problem is resolved. Again the same condition it was not working and after 2-3 hrs of fighting they gave a room that is downgraded but a suite room in an ongoing maintance location. The next day we complained this to guest relation and they said they are helpless and will do a better job next time, this kind of situation in a 5 star hotel is pathetic and irritating. I am attaching proof for the same. See the attached photos.

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Hotel is quite old but still worth it for the vibe and ambiance. Definitely recommend staying as it is one of a kind hotel in all of India.
