Front office staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Revati and her colleague (another lady) gave us a lot of information and suggestions on where to go during our stay (all great suggestions). The housekeeping, guards, room service and F&B staff were also very helpful and nice. All in all, it was a great stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable too.

I had a great stay at Hotel Bawa Continental. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. The service was wonderful, and the staff was always helpful and attentive. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The stay was very comfortable. Appreciate the hospitality I experienced. Alen, Arun and Kanoji made the stay very comfortable- ensured everything is clean and easy. The hotel even accommodated the request of an hour early checkin since the room was available. The location is fantastic to go around the city! Really enjoyed mumbai because the stay was so peaceful. Thanks to the whole team!
