We had a cockroach in the shower. Location is great and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared

I'm very much satisfied hospitality and service given.im very happy that I stayed in hotel.room was and good space,well cleaned and everything inside very nice.i must recommend.if anybody come to visit marine drive can stay in hotel.

I last visited this hotel in 2003 and must say the consistency is awesome. It is the same as it was in 2003, no upgrade whatsoever. Food is extremely costly. Avoidable

Stay was good at this place n staff was also helpful!! Just needed few basic upgradation in services provided by hotel...for eg.. providing room slippers, kettle for hot water/ black tea or green tea, better toiletries.

Good location, warm welcome and reception, ambient lobby. Cleanliness all over. Good room. Good house keeping and room service. Nice food, excellent restaurant interior, ambiance, courteous staff. My special thanks to all the reception, housekeeping, room service , restaurant staff for their courtesy behaviour. My best wishes to all. I will definitely try to come and stay again. excellent property

Spacious room, hygienic, clean bathrooms , no pomp show but what is required for stay was in good working condition. No large spread for breakfast but whatever iwas provided was quality food. Good courteous service.

location is just right for people who wants to get to Colaba / marine drive or Crawford Market. Lot of food joints with one eat street towards churchgate station. only downside is coachroaches, the hotel needs to do pest control. Service is excellent and all staff are very kind and professional.

The location is good room size was big, however the rooms were old and not adequate maintained or modernised. The bathrooms were also in old state. The food was good but lack variety. Thanks
