Wonderful experience. Excellent staff & service. Very nice room with great view of the Sealink Bridge and Mahim Bay.  Very good location - Hill Road shopping area, Elco, the pain poor’s place only ten minutes taxi ride away.  Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better.

We had the most amazing 2 days at Taj Lands End. We had previously been in Bandra for 12 days and our return flight got postponed due to Typhoon Ragaga. By this time we were over the noise and chaos of Bandra and needed a peaceful luxury retreat to decompress and recharge. We had amazing massages, food, service at Taj. The hotel was first rate and the staff amazing. We will be back.

My husband and I used to frequent Taj Lands End in Bandra a few years ago. At that time our office was in the Andheri area so this was a good option. Heading back to this hotel several years later, I can see the hotel needs an uplift.  I generally had a good stay, bar 2 incidences: 1. Although there are 4 lifts available to the rooms, there were incidences of unavailability of all lifts, many times for up to 10-15 minutes. The lifts would be on the higher floors and then bypass all other floors. Frustrating. 2. The room I was in was privy to the loud music and raucous screams of a group either on the floor above or below mine (I honestly couldn’t tell) which started at 3am and didn’t end until sunrise.

Very disappointed with the service. Rooms were clean and location is amazing but service was extremely disappointing from check-in to special occassion celebrations to room cleaning reminders. Team can be better coordinated to deliver a better service.

The Taj is located in Bandra West which has excellent restaurants and cool bars. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and had all the facilities you need for a short 訂房網站. The Atrium bar area is busy and a nice space to unwind at the end of the day. We loved the entertainment from piano to traditional indian music and the lovely singer in the evening. Bar staff were friendly and super efficient. Beautiful garden and swimming pool complete with bunny rabbits and roaming turkeys which adds a bit of fun (not just for kids). The door staff are excellent and very helpful. Overall this hotel offers great facilities and excellent service.

Pathetic food and service. Taste and quality of food at each restaurant is terrible no one is bothered to improve.. hotel is full that's all buisness is thriving and hotel management is sleeping peacefully. Consumers are paying through there nose for this. God bless them . Reputation of brand is at stake
