酒店服務無話可說超讚，非常親切有禮！呵護照顧每個旅客！位置就在知名景點孟買門旁！酒店保安非常嚴謹，路口就開始實施安檢汽車底部檢查後要進大廳前行李過x光檢驗！唯一缺點房間對外隔音不好（印度人開車非常愛按喇叭）聽的到外面喇叭聲！

來孟買泰姬陵酒店是首選！ 環境，服務，衞生，設施都是一流，無可挑剔。游泳池和健身房太高級了，早餐的品種繁多，前台和餐廳的服務人員都很熱情友好。

ロケーション、設備、サービスどれを取っても最高なホテルでした。 スタッフから積極的に挨拶もしてくれたり、ムンバイ一のホテルだろ改めて実感しました。 ホテルは宿泊客以外も入れるのでかなり混雑しているのが殘念ですが、夜中や早朝は宿泊客だけなので快適です。

Высший уровень сервиса, прекрасные завтраки и персонал ❤️ я очень долго не могла понять чем отличаются два отеля, именно этот, это более новая постройка башня рядом со старым отелем. Я мечтала пожить именно в старом корпусе, так что я обязательно вернусь

I had a wonderful experience at the Taj Mahal Tower in Mumbai. The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly nice and attentive. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff aim to please. Was here with my mother for 4 days. We are both vegan and staff went out of their way to facilitate us. Menu can be accommodated. We had vegan pancakes, vegan pizza, vegan tortillas . You just need to give them a little advance warning. Special shout out to Karthikraja whose service stood out. We also used spa facilities - had a 90 minute massage which was amazing. We loved Mumbai and hope to be back or stay at another Taj hotel soon.

Our 5 day stay at the Taj Mahal Tower was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we were picked up in the Jaguar till we were dropped off at the airport, everything was just perfect. The staff were amazing. In particular I would like to mention Ms. Shifabano Masalawala - Guest Relations who did a fantastic job of taking care of the special occasion we were celebrating. The service at the Wellness Centre and the Salon was thoroughly enjoyed by my partner. The service and the special celebration in the Gazebo by the pool was absolutely beautiful and memorable. The breakfast and room service at odd times was also of the highest quality. If I was rate our stay at the Taj Mahal Tower, I would give it a 10/10. We will definitely return and stay for longer next time. A huge Thank You to the Staff for truly the best 5 days we have spent in our travels.
