front office is very rude . He had my aadhar card ‘s scanned copy . i am a frequent traveler yet he shouted at me saying ‘apne hath se do adhar card original’. He has no manners to talk . He cant make the guest feel special if they are frequent rather he shouts at guests. I really think they should hire polite people at front office.

I am highly disappointed with the services at Hotel Altruist, Andheri. My experience was far from satisfactory due to the following issues: 1. Poor Service – The overall service quality was extremely disappointing. 2. Smelly Room – The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to stay. 3. Unresponsive Reception – The reception counter was often unattended, and calls to the reception went unanswered multiple times. 4. Unprofessional Kitchen Staff – The behavior of the kitchen staff was rude and unprofessional. 5. Miscommunication Issues – There were frequent miscommunication issues, leading to confusion and delays in service.

They charges for500 Rupees for early checking of 2 hours only. Not like this 1st asked for 1000 plus gst negotiate with them and paid 500rs Rooms are too small as per price. Over all okay

Rooms are not maintained house keeping was very poor ,hotel ambience is very bad , no marking or security guard to guide for entry or parking , No proper guidance available, but the staff was warm especially front office
