Had a really lovely stay at Club Emerald in Chembur, Mumbai. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and made sure I had a comfortable stay. I stayed in one of their Deluxe Rooms and was really impressed with how clean and spacious it was. The room had plenty of natural daylight, which made it feel bright and welcoming. The air conditioning was excellent and cooled the room down very quickly, which was especially appreciated in Mumbai’s heat! The bed was also extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I was really happy with the quality and comfort of the room. I did have a small issue when I first checked in, but Sonam was absolutely fantastic in getting it resolved. She handled everything quickly and professionally, and what I really appreciated was that she took the time to follow up with me afterwards to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with the outcome. It’s little things like this that really make a difference and show how much the staff care about their guests. The management team were also very approachable and helpful, which made the overall experience even better. It’s always reassuring to stay somewhere where the staff genuinely care about your experience. A big thank you to Sonam and the rest of the team for making my stay so pleasant. I would happily return to Club Emerald again and would definitely recommend it to others!

its near to the place that we are going, but the hotel abd surrounding is not that clean....but the receptionist are all nice and accomodating

Friendly staff . Hotel is facilities ok considered all factors . Was told it’s closing for major renovation soon for a year Hope to visit after Reno as the location is ideal for my work as it’s off the highway .

Gym is good. Staffs are helpful. Hotel cleanliness could be improved.

Commode was very dirty, washroom not clean, bed also not clean, room was not clean lots of hairs here and there, room had bad smell! not good as shown in photos!

Hotel property is big but badly maintained, seepage is all over, stinking, shortage of staff. Only visible staff is one person at reception and 2 at the breakfast.

Nothing seemed to work right from the moment we reached the hotel. No one offered to help us with my bags nor were we shown the room. The first room given had problem with the a/c. After complaining, the maintenance came and cleaned the a/c. Then we was given a second room with smaller bed. Rooms were not up to par for a 4 star property. Morning buffet had very less options and very specific food - only veg option available. Club emerald is not a 4-star hotel.

Rooms not cleaned before checkin washroom not clean room maintenance on bad shape definitely will not recommend
