The room was allotted after check in time. The room was too small as compared to the photos. Although it was mentioned that no pets are there on the property, they had one cat that stayed there as their pet, which made us uncomfortable. Overall I would not visit the place again.

Property's location is okay , I haven't tried the food, rooms were very small and no sunlight in the room, they gave kettle but did not have air dryer at all. In short, average experience.

Hotel staff was accommodating to Childs need, excellent location, no in house kitchen but the food in the menu can be ordered and delivered to your room, some from have cellular network issue,

The room is small but sufficient.. best part of the property is the location, it is walking distance from Churchgate station, marine drive, flora fountain.. lots of good food options available nearby..

I had a wonderful stay at Flora Suites. Staff was well behaved. The manager guided me very well . They had dine in services which were very quick. Amenities were good. Location of the hotel is bang on.

Room were clean but bed sheet was dirty ... mosquito problem were there.... food was good and they have young staff so they provide quick service ... also helpful front desk
