Room service was bad and if i order food from the hotel they take lot of time to deliver it. Was overall an average experience of this hotel.

My experience was not good. I checked in hotel in late night. Room was very cozy, i asked for dental kit and shaving kit. They said they don't have. I ordered snacks in evening. It took lot of time. After few requests i got ro water in the room. I ordered tea in morning. I didn't get it. Overall experience was bad. Their were flying insects in room

One of the worst experiences. 1. Staff is not soft skilled at all. 2. No care of customer experience. 3. Only 2 options for breakfast and that too if poor quality. 4. Room is full of mosquito. 5. 4000+ rs per night stay is really not justifiable! 6. Only the convenience is, hotel is within 3-4 km radius of domestic airport. 7. Room orders or any other services, they need reminders.
