Arrived New Year's Eve and hotel was hosting a party with massively loud music that continued till nearly 2am, keeping guests from resting. They relocated the room to one exterior where noise wasn't as severe yet still shook the bed No advanced notice this would be happening Gym was shut and locked in the morning - not possible to use During breakfast trash from the night before was floating in the pool Facilities were old and cracking, yet A/C and shower functioned well Not deserving of a 4-star classification Will stay elsewhere next time coming in or out of Mumbai airport
