It was good, except for the long traffics to reach the hotel and again leave the hotel and get out of Andheri East...Mumbai Administration has to figure out better connectivity

This is a very good and convenient hotel for quick stays, was in Mumbai for one night and two days and had shortlisted the place after reading through the reviews. This is conveniently located, nearby the airport, and easily identifiable in a major road, also rooms are spacious, clean. Staff are also really prompt, we had an issue of AC water leaking which was dealt with swiftly. During our stay we had ordered chocolate milk and other items as room service which was delayed significantly due to the iftar time which is fine; however, they had some miscommunication happen in between and they sent chocolate milkshake, and claimed we ordered hot chocolate milkshake 😀 which was hilarious, apart from that everything was smooth.

I can say one of the best hotels in Mumbai with reasonable prices.. staff was very decent behaviour politely they guided everything... 24 hours attentive.. food was good.. hotel and room everything was very clean.. felt happy to pay and stay.. thank you guys. Room is kept clean and all basic items are provided like shaving kit, tooth brush. Adding iron box would help. Restaurant waiters service to be improved. They didn’t even ask for coffee and it opens late even though they say it starts at 7 AM
