One hairdryer services an entire hotel, passed from room to room. I kid you not. The furniture in the room is as old as the building itself which is both disappointing and fascinating at the same time. For the price, one would expect 24 hours hot water and at least a decent cleaning.

Very small room with pillar inbetween, very very old building with torn out wall, bathrooms, fittings and bed. Old window ac working directly with out any control, no tv set up box just cables laying for 24" wall hag tv. Dead telephone, we need to go reception to talk every time. Sticky floors. No tissue in bathroom had to request for one. Had terrible experience

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent hotel booking. The details of the booking are as follows: I spent ₹7000 for one night at this hotel, expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The hotel was in a deplorable condition, with the following issues: 1. **Terrible Service:** There was no service available at the hotel. 2. **Poor Bathroom Condition:** The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. 3. **Lack of Facilities:** There were no basic facilities provided. 4. **Overall Poor Quality:** The hotel did not meet any acceptable standard of hospitality. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I checked out early in the morning at 5 AM after only staying for 8 hours.

Booked a stay for a friend . Disappointed! Room was unclean with stains on furniture and carpets. Seemed unhygienic and poorly maintained. Visible wear and tear added to the discomfort. Expected better for the price. Wouldn't recommend to others seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

Make My Trip should not take hotels at such rate in collaboration when u are charging 10k per night atleast we deserve good amenities . You say balcony room and then we get normal seafacing rooms
