The hotel is in a convenient location for the things we wanted to get done in a short time frame. When booking the hotel, I was looking for a day prior as an extra day - but online it kept showing as unavailable. They didn't have a courtesy check-in even though the room was available. After paying for a whole extra day (which was basically about 75-90 minutes early - the room provided wasn't properly cleaned and had all the essentials. After calling them several times, got some of the items. Overall, they are good people but the service is slow, and they need to have better upkeep in the common areas.
