It was a vast experience in my life i am a regular customer of make my 訂房網站 but aaj to had ho gai hai pani ha nah i 3 ghante se lagataar call kar raha hu par bhi vanda mera response nah i de raha hai or maim exhibition k lye late ho raha hu maine 2 room lye h pani kisi mai bhi nah i aa raha ab mai kya karu so please refund my amount asap

First of all it is not a hotel, even less than a lodge. It is very old and rooms are not clean. Smells very bad and lot of insects inside. No help with the staff also. They doesn't care if we want to stay or not. They have 6 to 7 hotels in the same building with slight changes in the name and all are pathetic. Never recommend this to anyone.

Pathetic food, rude staff. No hygiene at all. No ventilation in rooms. Need to wait 30-40 mins to go to the 7th floor, the lifts were full.

Windows broken. Water leaking for bathroom, smell of garbage dump. Ac not working, no teapot, served cold tea that too 1920's era cup.
