泰姬聖克魯斯酒店 (Taj Santacruz)

Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

房間位置不錯，衞生條件也不錯，在印度算很好的酒店了，價格有點高，其他都還是挺好的。

Spacious rooms. Top notch staff service

Very close to Domestic Airport. Not the Taj vibes. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast spread is average. Quality of food average. Service during breakfast was below average as most of them were trainees and experience black coats were just moving around and not interacting with customers. Definitely not Taj vibes as have stayed at Taj Mahal, Taj Land ends, Taj Kochi and many more. Good for transit passengers only without much expectation.

Walking distance from Mumbai airport Terminal-1 Has nice dining options in the hotel or just outside at the airport side. Gym and pool are great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately could not try out the breakfast, but must be good like the other dining options at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Stayed for 3 nights.Awesome experience! Reception was welcoming and  the  rooms were big (particularly as it is right outside the arrival area of T1 terminal). Ample potable water provided for a family of 4.  Pitch dark functions were enabled for the curtains and the rooms were sound proof. Breakfast spread was adequate, and live counters were fabulous. Would love to have a few more options for fruits. A special call out for supporting  ‘divyang’’- what a lovely smile the young boy carried and we could interact in  sign language. Thanks to TATA ethos!

The hotel’s elegant design blends classic luxury with contemporary style, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Room & Comfort My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection. Dining Experience The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. The room was a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort, with every detail meticulously thought out. The king-sized bed, dressed in the finest linens, was incredibly inviting and provided a restful night's sleep. The spacious layout of the room allowed for a separate sitting area, complete with a plush sofa and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind in the privacy of the suite. The marble-clad bathroom was a highlight, featuring a deep soaking tub and a rain shower with premium toiletries. The double vanity, equipped with ample lighting, made getting ready a delight. I especially appreciated the heated floors and the luxurious bathrobes that added an extra touch of comfort. Service was impeccable, with housekeeping ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked at all times. The attention to detail extended to the small touches, such as the nightly turndown service, complete with artisanal chocolates and a selection of pillows to choose from. Overall, my stay at Taj was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a sanctuary of luxury and tranquility, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking to indulge in a first-class experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of opulence and comfort in their accommodations.
