Very close to Domestic Airport. Not the Taj vibes. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast spread is average. Quality of food average. Service during breakfast was below average as most of them were trainees and experience black coats were just moving around and not interacting with customers. Definitely not Taj vibes as have stayed at Taj Mahal, Taj Land ends, Taj Kochi and many more. Good for transit passengers only without much expectation.

Walking distance from Mumbai airport Terminal-1 Has nice dining options in the hotel or just outside at the airport side. Gym and pool are great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately could not try out the breakfast, but must be good like the other dining options at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Stayed for 3 nights.Awesome experience! Reception was welcoming and  the  rooms were big (particularly as it is right outside the arrival area of T1 terminal). Ample potable water provided for a family of 4.  Pitch dark functions were enabled for the curtains and the rooms were sound proof. Breakfast spread was adequate, and live counters were fabulous. Would love to have a few more options for fruits. A special call out for supporting  ‘divyang’’- what a lovely smile the young boy carried and we could interact in  sign language. Thanks to TATA ethos!

From the moment I arrived at Taj Santa Cruz, I was impressed by the warm and gracious hospitality that the Taj brand is known for. The hotel’s elegant design blends classic luxury with contemporary style, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Room & Comfort My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection. Dining Experience The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. The room was a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort, with every detail meticulously thought out. The king-sized bed, dressed in the finest linens, was incredibly inviting and provided a restful night's sleep. The spacious layout of the room allowed for a separate sitting area, complete with a plush sofa and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind in the privacy of the suite. The marble-clad bathroom was a highlight, featuring a deep soaking tub and a rain shower with premium toiletries. The double vanity, equipped with ample lighting, made getting ready a delight.
