    location was good. room wasn't cleaned even once . cockroaches all over the place, even on the bed . the lift system was very old and outdated I bought 2 cans of spray for the cockroaches . AC had no control or remote .

    Hotel approach is not good, locality wise always odour comes of fish Market, this property needs good maintenance.

    Such a third grade hotel highly disappointed. We didn't even stay there. Kindly refund our money. We have then booked one home stay from make my 訂房網站 only which is also not up to the points it has mentioned

    Hotel was very dirty and dirty smell everywhere. I wan not stay there, wastage of money, don't fool the people.

    The staff at the reception was courteous and helping. Room was ok for nights stay. There is no in house restaurant but breakfast can be arranged by staff. Anyone requiring early morning tea around 7am is an issue. No early morning tea. Overall can recommend for a short stay of 1 or 2 days provided u are ok with breakfast after 8am only. Another good thing is that its close to railway station and a nice veg non veg restaurant besides it known as ratnagiri. However, am not sure whether i would suggest this to family only because of the lack of in house restaurant. But for solo definitely would suggest it.
