There are repairing work happening in the hotel. They should not allow guest to stay on the floors if you cant reduce the repair noise. I am sorry but this was very bad experience from hotel regency. We couldn't talk to each other because of drilling and repair work. In the hotel

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The room service was prompt. Location of the hotel on Napensea Road is very convenient from a travel point of view. Breakfast menu options are limited however taste was quite allright. Staff was cooperative. However, can be a little more proactive in their service.

Hotel is expensive for the quality of stay. Rooms are small, AC wasn’t working on the day of visit and they fixed it during the stay. Staff is okayish. No food or room service post 11. Since our concert went on till late it was difficult to get food or fresh towels. Food options are not great and they charge 150 for a can of coke. Buffet spread was okayish. I guess just the location cost was in the room cost.

The hotel service and food was good (4/5) but the rooms were not that great. It looked very congested and lightning was also too much (old structure) they were renovating the other half of the hotel on each floor - trying a modular look, i guess + lack of sockets for charging your phone or laptop while working

Best budget location hotel in south mumbai. Very accessible to all major tourist, medical and business districts in south mumbai. Great hospitality!
