I wanted to stay for four days, but there were so many stairs . My mom is handicapped and she had tough time using those stairs. So I stayed one day and left the room and informed the receptionist. They asked me to get refund but I was not able to connect with anyone for my three days refund. So this was not a great experience. If I would get refund for three days that would be great. Pls contact

They gave a non ac room and flinched another 1500rs for ac. Very noisy as it is on the main lbs road and sound proofing is nil. Simply can't sleep all night. Staff is very good

Clean & spacious rooms. & good staff to take of things. Absolutely no issues. Feel the price is slightly high for ac rooms. Location is average & rest all is fime

Not good no breakfast on offer no laundry bag no shaving kit no toothbrush nothing on offer, all had to be bought from outside,

Wifi was not working for whole day and lift is terrible and food is too much oily. Customer satisfaction is zero.

Staff is polite and helpful but service are very poor, 1) no dental kit available. 2) no iron service in room. 3) towels are very poor quality. 4) no shower gel. 5) no shampoo.

This is my second time staying at this property and my experience has always been amazing, overall property is really good staff is very helpful and the rooms are well maintained. Would definitely recommend it
