The first hotel on my first 訂房網站 in Mumbai. Familiar brand hotel with great service. Helpful staff. I wad picked up at the airport by their limo services. The next day , the staff helped me to arrange for my first auto ride since I needed to get myself a sim-card. Best 1st impression and experience in Mumbai .

Superb service from entire hotel staff. It was a great dining experience and amazing food at Ibis hotel. Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Well maintained rooms and washrooms. Lobby were amazing maintained. It was a lovely stay.

The hotel has some strange smell and was not that clean as it was supposed to be at the elevator and washroom..overall the hotel is ok, however this hotel is not worth it to be overpriced.
