it was a good stay good for working professional only issue is breakfast is served which is made once so it gets cold and you can not properly enjoy it bug food is good they hold start food 24hrs service at hotel it self

The property was at the best location in Chembur. There are many food outlets near the hotel, you have naturals ice cream as soon as you exit the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, and spacious room with ample ventilation. Good for all families and couples. Best service provided by the hotel staff and all are very helpful and polite. I will always book the same hotel for the best experience.

very poor compare to rates they charged. Rooms not up to the standard. Staff not at all cooperative. No Facility at all, even unable to connect wifi and staff not even bother to solve the problem.

There were cockroaches all around and they had kept expired milk powder sachets. The towels were not clean. Stains were fairly visible on the bedsheet and blanket.

1. Room had cockroaches 2. Breakfast was stale 3. Receptionist didn’t even look at me while checking in, though I asked few clarifications. 4. On the good part, housekeeping was done everyday of my stay.

Staff was rude and there were cockroaches in the washroom. Room was not maintained properly. Staff said that since the rooms remain closed and its n ot used there are cockroaches. We checked out on the next day and booked a diff hotel
