這家酒店太絕啦！床軟乎得像掉進雲朵堆，服務員熱情似火暖人心，環境靜謐得能聽見自己心跳 設施：設施很乾凈 衞生：衞生很不錯 環境：環境很好

The room is very clean and the food is excellent. Gym has full equipment and the infinity pool is very nice. The Lamb Chop is a must try.

Excellent hotel and super service..helped and arranged an early breakfast for us as I used this hotel as a stopover during my flight back to singapore from kenya.

The location is good, there are some restaurants around very good, and the overall service of the waiter is very good. The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.

バンガロール(ケンペゴウダ)國際空港から５〜６分。かなりの早朝著だったので荷物だけ預けようとチェックイしたところフロントの方がとても新鮮で部屋を準備しチェックインしてくださった。部屋は8階とあり靜かで明るく設備もアメニティ類も整っており、ストレスなく疲れた身體を休ませることができました。朝食は付いてなかったのでフロントで追加した(支払いはレストランかフロントだが何故かフロントの方が１割くらい安かった)。ジンジャー(生薑)ティーが飲みたいので生のジンジャーを頼んだら快く用意してくれた。スタッフはフロントもレストランも、入り口の警備員も笑顔でしっかり教育された方々で気持ちよく滯在できた。周りは目の前に電車が走っておりゴチャゴチャした感じ。屋台や小さな店はあったがレストランはなかった。

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Mumbai and was completely disappointed, especially with the front office staff. While the check-in process was smooth, the service from the staff left much to be desired. There was no politeness from any of the team members I interacted with—they seemed to be rushing around without so much as a smile, which made the atmosphere very unfriendly. One particularly shocking issue was with the key card holder they gave me. It was clearly reused, and the name of a previous guest, "Bhatt," was still visible on it. I couldn’t believe they would hand out an old card holder without properly clearing or replacing it. This level of carelessness is just unprofessional for such a renowned hotel chain. Additionally, there was a staff member who helped me with my luggage upon arrival, but for the next three days, he couldn’t even recognize me. Whenever I smiled or greeted him, he would turn his head and avoid eye contact. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but his rude and indifferent behavior was shocking. For a brand like Holiday Inn, this level of service is unacceptable. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inns around the world and have never had such a bad experience. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism at this location was truly disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Hotel staff were nice and friendly. Phones in the room didn’t work. Shower glass could be cleaner. Not a good area to walk around outside the hotel.
