A pleasant stay at IBIS HOTEL BKC MUMBAI. Clean accomodation, we are well taken care by friendly and attentive staff through out our stay here .. especially the housekeeping team of Ramesh and Sayali. This is a highly recommended hotel. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Room service orders are fresh and good.

位置很好，方便前往客戶及機場。每天早餐豐富，而且開始時間很早，非常考慮半夜抵達或趁早趕班機的人。而酒店的餐廳也美味，直接回酒店解決使用晚餐。

房間很乾凈，提供早餐和晚餐，品類還是挺豐富的，口味也不錯。

Very late services

I have stayed here twice. My first stay was excellent, which is why I returned. However, my second experience was far from perfect. Key Card & lift Issue: The front desk gave me a key card that the lift wouldn't recognize to select my floor. When I complained, the receptionist simply used her master card to send me up and insisted I try the room anyway. Unsurprisingly, it failed to unlock the room, forcing me to return to the desk. She should have replaced the faulty card immediately instead of sending me up. Faulty Kettle: The electric kettle in the room was not functioning. Slow Air Conditioning: The room temperature took over 30 minutes to cool down. Power Outage: On the morning of my second day, the power suddenly 訂房網站ped, leaving the room without electricity or lights. Intermittent A/C Failures: The air conditioning 訂房網站ped several times during the night, and I was repeatedly woken up by the heat. Dining Options: I suggest that the restaurant offer greater variety at the breakfast buffet and expand the choices on the à la carte menu. After three frustrating nights, I insisted on changing rooms. The replacement room was fine, and I stayed there for another three nights without further issues. These staff here are very friendly and helpful. This hotel still will my 1st choices. However, if their rate are higher then Bloom and Lemon Tree, i think i willing go for new experience.

唯一、フロントの対応が良くない。 ランドリーサービスの支払いに現金を用いたがお釣りがなく、カードで支払う様に要求する始末。 チェックアウト時に割り込みをされたが、それに対して注意もせず待たされる始末 非常にフロントスタッフが高圧的で教育のレベルが低く感じた。 繰り返すが、他には不満は無い。

I stayed at ibis Mumbai BKC and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is convenient, especially for business travelers visiting the Bandra Kurla Complex. The cleanliness was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options. Overall, ibis Mumbai BKC is a reliable choice if you prioritize convenience, comfort, and easy access to the business district. However, if you prefer spacious rooms or a more luxurious hotel experience, you may want to consider other options.
