房間整體來説比較小，而且床單被罩都很老舊，甚至都有窟窿了，竟然還在繼續使用。 當然，很多酒店都是這樣。 但是酒店可以管兩餐，還是不錯的。 前台可以幫著打車，服務還不錯

Worst experience in this hotel in malad area, no proper breakfast available, visiting guests are asked for extra payment payment to enter and to meet even for 15 mins (person visiting was 67 year old). Ravi alley very bad hospitality and rude person to deal with. I had booked 3 rooms for my family where he spoke to each one of them very rudely. Instead of talking to customer properly he rather talks very disrespectfully and try to teach them. Seems like has not come for hotel industry and should quit immediately. Avoid this hotel, many good hotels in malad area.

Hotel was sold out they still took my booking and promised to refund my money it’s been more than a week now i haven’t got the refund. When i call them they keep giving fake promises and never even call back.

The staff was not responsive, the food was below average, the bedsheets were all dirty, there was no hair dryer in the washroom. Overall pathetic experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone. I don't have pictures

All staffs plays blame game. No complementary breakfast starts in time 7. 30am but closes it by 10am. Anyone enters room without informing in absence of guest. No trained staff.

It’s an excellent small, no frills property. Clean rooms, bed linen and shower. It’s in mindspace which is a great location.
