Hotel Review – A Disappointing Stay in Chembur, Mumbai I recently stayed at a so-called "Super Deluxe" room in a hotel in Chembur, Mumbai, for ₹2200 per night. However, my experience was far from deluxe—it was worse than a budget lodge charging ₹600 per night. Major Issues Faced: Terrible Room Condition: The room was poorly maintained, with substandard cleanliness and amenities. No In-House Food Facility: The hotel does not prepare food in-house; instead, they bring it from outside vendors in polybags or wrapped in newspapers. This was highly unprofessional. Unhygienic Serving: Although food was served in steel utensils, I received my morning tea in a disposable cup—far from a "deluxe" experience. Pest Infestation: The worst part of my stay was discovering a mouse in my room. It was seen eating food on the tray and even on the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable. Customer Service Issues: I reported these concerns to MakeMyTrip Customer Care, but the overall experience remained highly disappointing. Final Verdict: This hotel is not worth the price and fails to meet even basic hospitality standards. If you are looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay in Chembur, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. My experience was extremely bad, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel was pathetic,no proper responses from the staff,dirty everywhere,no water,only young boys & girls,loud noises,bad smell everywhere

The staff was good and polite , and the rooms were very clean, but they did not provide a good quality breakfast and if you want to order food from their menu , they provide outside food they don't have their own kitchen, and no nearby restaurants from hotel location

My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. They charged an additional 800 and initially provided a low-grade room. Only after multiple requests did they change it. For breakfast, I paid an extra 200+, expecting quality food, but they served low-cost items purchased from outside, which were neither worth the price nor satisfactory in taste. The overall service was poor, and I felt overcharged for what was offered. Definitely not a place I would recommend for a comfortable and fair experience.

The room wasn't the one as shown in the picture. No free breakfast was included, not even tea was served, the rooms weren't cleaned enough, bedsheets were bad, pillows were bad, very bad experience, not recommended

Hotel is under renovation. Needs proper maintenance. Though staff was supportive. Person at the reception changed the room on my request and gave a decent room
