The only good thing about this hotel is its location to nesco. All other facilities need severe supervision and management. The restaurant is always given out for private parties leaving house guests to sit outside. Breakfast services are very poor. Clearances and getting the table ready for next guests are always late. Cutleries are not replenished. Waiters are running around without any clue. Room is very tiny with a passage behind where service staff work and create noise. Suggestion : appoint a manager or a consultant to put correct sops for all operations

The room we were allotted was very small, stuffy and smelled bad especially the washroom, they do not allow to open the french windows stating random safety reasons which made the room very stuffy and claustrophobic. I would not recommend the particular classic room to anyone, not sure about other options in the hotel. Plus they should strictly only allow a max of 1 person to stay in this room due to its extremely small size. Breakfast was decent, no complaints.

It is one of the most misleading boutique hotels i have ever stayed at. 1. Rooms are damp and small. Images are misleading 2. Showers don't have shelves to keep stuff. 3. Paint is peeling off the walls of the room. 4. Horrible breakfast experience. Under-cooked items, chargeable coffee, and bare minimal staff who have forgotten how to treat guests and smile. 5. Water is chargeable in the rooms. 6. It's super overpriced and doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. 7. Bathrooms are poor.

I got food poisoning from the food (lunch and dinner) that was served. Food was not allowed from outside (zomato etc, so you had to order from their kitchen, which again was very costly. On top of that the food that arrived both the times were wrong, so in had to call them and order again, which caused a lot of problems. Even after all of that my entire night got spoil t because i was just vomit-ting the entire night from the food i had from their hotel, because before that i had only consumed home made food. A good room, but the entire experience was spoilt.

Good food good service pricing is also affordable. Arrna hotel is a good place to stay. Very clean and well maintained bathrooms too.

Pictures are deceiving. I stayed for one night so it was okay. However, do not recommend if you planning a long 訂房網站. The ac leaked, the shower was dirty, room is small, not worth the price. Pictures are very deceiving. I’ve stayed in dubai 4 star hotels for much cheaper yet much better quality. The staff are nice but feel like i wasted money.

Arena hotel is my go to hotel for a stay. The staff is friendly and offers great service. Room service available food is also good here.

Worst hotel. Calling customers to cancel the booking before half day of booking. Reason being wrong amount uploaded Such a huge irresponsible behaviour from hotel. Causing great inconvenience to the customers.

Rooms are not as they have shown in pictures. They are small and confined. Not worth the money. Also, food is terrible and to make it worse, expensive as well.
